All about this trip

       I am S.Raheesh, a young naturalist and bird photographer. My hobbies are bird photography, hiking, programming and cubing. This is my journey to the Mowgli Land or Pench national park in Madhya Pradesh. In this blog I will be sharing some of my old photos (For sample) and the plan of this tour.

Pench national park or tiger reserve is known world over as home to 'Mowgli'-- a man-cub said to have been spotted there. The park, sprawling over 758 square Kilometers, is located on the southern boundary of Madhya Pradesh, bordering Maharashtra

Elaborated plan of the tour

My unforgettable journey to Pench starts at 8 pm IST on 2nd may 2022. This is the day before Ramadan in India. I will travel to Pench National Park in an Indigo flight. I live in Kanchipuram(A district in Tamil Nadu), so I will take a taxi to the Chennai airport at 3:30 pm IST and reach the airport at 4:00 pm IST. After 4 hours of security checks and other stuff, My flight will take off at 8 pm IST from Chennai and will reach Nagpur at 9:50 pm IST(Approximately). I will take a taxi from Nagpur to reach Pench. I am staying in Tiger n woods resort to explore Pench National Park. It will be at least 12 pm IST when I reach the resort. So I'll just check in and take a nap. From the next day, My journeys main part gets started. I booked Two safaris for a day. I am staying in Pench for five days so I'll be going on 9 Safaris(Last day 1 Safari). I will be returning on 7th May 2022 to Chennai.
